Refund policy

At SHIMA COSMETICS LLC, every item is crafted with care and attention. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of the delivery date at customersupport@shimacosmetics.com

When reaching out, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A screenshot of your order confirmation email
  • Your order number

Once your request is received, we will review it promptly and, if approved:

  • A replacement will be sent out at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement item (such as a limited-edition product or collection piece) is not available, we will issue a full refund of the retail price to your original payment method.

U.S. Orders Only

At this time, SHIMA COSMETICS LLC only sells and ships within the United States. We are unable to accept or process any international orders.
