Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SHIMA COSMETICS LLC. Every order is handled with care, as each product is a part of our story. We currently ship all orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing times typically take 7–10 business days for destinations within the United States.
- During periods of high demand (holiday seasons, product launches, or restocks), processing may take slightly longer.
- Please note that nationwide or global delays (such as weather events, seasonal surges, or unforeseen circumstances) may affect your estimated delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
U.S. Orders Only
At this time, SHIMA COSMETICS LLC only sells and ships within the United States. We are unable to process or fulfill any international orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. SHIMA COSMETICS LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking has been marked “Delivered.”
- If your package appears lost or delayed, please reach out to the shipping carrier first using your tracking number for the most accurate updates.
- If you need additional assistance after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us at customersupport@shimacosmetics.com with your order number and tracking details. We will do our best to support you in locating your package.
